The t-sheet deemed to have lesser spatial accuracy were edge matched
to the t-sheet assessed with higher spatial accuracy.
A point was placed where adjoining t-sheet features were edge

t-sheet the feature belonged to, and the t-sheet it was edge
matched to were recorded.
